Hi! I’m Sara Lynne 👋🏼 a certified coach, personal trainer, and the founder of SLF: Strength. Lifestyle. Fitness.

Born and raised on Long Island, New York, now living in sunny Southwest Florida — where I get to lift heavy, coach incredible women, and live out my dream every day.

After years of navigating the extremes of diet culture, inconsistent workouts, and feeling stuck in my own body, I realized something powerful: strength changes everything.

Not just physically, but mentally — in how you show up, lead, and live.

I created SLF to help women build lean muscle, boost confidence, and train with purpose — no matter where they’re starting from.

My coaching style blends smart strength training, personalized nutrition, and real-life accountability that fits your lifestyle — whether you’re training at home, in the gym, or somewhere in between.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need a plan, a coach who gets it, and the right support.

Fitness has always been part of my life. I grew up playing sports and have always had a passion for moving my body and pushing my limits. But it wasn’t until I got into strength training that everything really clicked.

I’ve been a personal trainer for about 12 years now, and currently prepping for my first bodybuilding show — proof that there’s always a new level to reach, no matter how long you’ve been doing this!

Now, I’ve turned that passion into SLF —

Through online and in-person coaching, I help women all over the world feel strong, confident, and capable — without extreme diets or workouts that don’t fit real life!
