A little over 2 months ago I chose Sara Lynne’s Fit at home workout program to invest in myself to become physically and mentally healthier. It is both a privilege and honor to write this testimonial for Sara. Not only is she a kick ass trainer she has become one of my dear friends. Sara’s online program is constantly surprising and challenging me. Even from across the country she is always pushing and helping me. Sara gives a realistic/challenging but doable approach for my lifestyle to reach my fitness goals. I love how the program is customized for me. I really never worked out much in my life  and Sara has changed my whole perspective on this fit life and my confidence has come full circle. Besides training me 5x a week, she has helped me learn how to have a well balanced diet as well. The benefits from this customized workout plan helped my body strength, stamina, endurance, better posture and balance, self-image, the list goes on and on. Sara is highly professional, very knowledgeable, caring, supportive, sweet, encouraging and funny. Sara will continue to push you to your limit and you will love it especially when you see results within a couple of weeks! She is hands down the BEST! I truly believe hiring Sara as your personal trainer will be the best decision you will ever make ! Your body and soul will thank you.

Working with a trainer was always something that I wanted to do but never thought I would. I have been an avid gym go-er and healthy eater since high school and thought "I could do it on my own. I know what I'm doing. I don't need a trainer right now." Despite all my gym-going and healthy eating, I was still very unhappy with myself, lacked any confidence, and in my deepest state of desperation. Sara was recommended to me through a friend and I figured I'd at least email her and see what she had to say. That was on a Friday. By Monday morning, Sara had written up a workout and meal plan specific to me and got straight to work on boosting my confidence.
I definitely still have a long road ahead of me but in just a short amount of time Sara has helped me tremendously. Prior to contacting her, I was on a destructive path of trying to workout as hard as I could (despite badly injuried knees and elbows) and aiming to get as close to starving myself as possible. For years nothing I was doing was working. I was trying to eat less and less and workout more and still doing nothing but gaining weight. Sara helped me realize how unhealthy these tendencies were and has been by my side to help me through my most obessive of times. She has restored my confidence, something I never thought possible, and continues to give me more hope every day. She provided me with a meal plan that gives me permission to not feel like I have to starve myself. Sometimes, I find myself forgetting, dreading waking up the next day to be hungry. And then I remember that I don't have to do that anymore. I am able to eat without guilt and understand that food is fuel to help me get better, be stronger, be happier. In just two months I have noticed that my legs look thinner, my stomach tighter, and my cellulite diminishing.
The weekend that I contacted Sara I was going on a camping trip that I had been trying to bail out of because I did't want to be seen in a bikini. My fear of people seeing my body at its current state was paralyzing. I wore sweat pants and a tee shirt the entire weekend, praying for the sun not to come out so I didn't have to take my clothes off. Looking back on that weekend fills me with pride of my progress. I couldn't imagine feeling that fear today. While I may not be where I want to be today, and perhaps never will due to my perfectionist tendencies, I have no hesitation about putting on a bikini. In the past, if I knew a beach day was coming up, I would ingest nothing but a pot of coffee both the day before and the day of the trip. Last weekend, without even thinking about it, I woke up, made myself my big normal breakfast with eggs, oatmeal, toast, and a protein shake, threw on my bikini and hit the sand, something I would have NEVER even considered before Sara.
