Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Why should you take it?

CHEERS! Morning shots?! Who in the world would want to do that? Surprisingly, many people, including myself. To clarify before I go any further, we are talking about HEALTHY SHOTS. Shots that are full of so many benefits, shots of Apple Cider Vinegar!

If you follow me on Instagram, you will already know that as of recently I have started incorporating a shot of ACV in to my routine every morning. For those who aren't too familiar with what it does exactly, or are simply looking to learn more about the benefits, here are a few main reasons why I love it!

1) Promotes healthy digestion and helps to eliminate bloating.

2) The amino acids and enzymes that are found in ACV help to fight fatigue and increase energy levels.

3) Helps to suppress your appetite

4) Promotes HDL (good cholesterol)

5) Great for hair and skin!

6) Helps to balance blood sugar levels

7) Helps relieve migraines and sinus pressure

8) Detoxifies the body

9) Regulates pH balance in the body

10) Reduces inflammation and helps to relieve arthritis

* Diluting ACV with a little bit of water is the way I recommend taking it. It does have a very strong taste that definitely requires some getting used to!
